Rich Shilling is the Golf Course Superintendent of Jeffersonville Golf Club. Jeffersonville was just featured in a recent issue of Golfers Journal, and Rich has overseen the transformation of this property to ordinary muni to one of Philadelphia's finest golf destinations.
